Responsibilities

  • Work in an agile development team building in-house digital products and supporting the enterprise IT Service of PAM for corporate users.
  • Gather and document functional and support requirements for the digital product by engaging with the enterprise user community.
  • Analyze enterprise IT policies to extract non-functional requirements related to cybersecurity and audit compliance (e.g. SOX) for the product and support model.
  • Design multi-tier DevOps support model for the products under an enterprise IT service management environment that involves external teams and functions (e.g. Service Desk, ServiceNow, Savyint, AD, Azure, etc.).
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to implement the support model for new products.
  • Follow existing enterprise processes to engage with other services to establish external service and technical components.
  • Lead service introduction and new enterprise customers engagement for onboarding and integration.
  • Produce technical and operational documentation and communications for different target audiences.
  • Create user stories in the product ADO board for backlog grooming and scrum planning sessions.
  • Produce acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements in the user stories, clearly outlining the boundary conditions for application logic.
  • Participate in the functional testing of the product and lead UAT.
  • Provide ad-hoc product demo, advice and support to VIP users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis on enterprise privileged identities, accounts, and accesses.  
  • Bachelor’s degree honors 2.1 or above in a Math, Science or Engineering subject.
  • ITILv4 Foundation certification or above.
  • One or more Microsoft Azure certifications.
  • One or more Cybersecurity certifications.
  • Over 5 years of experience working in an enterprise IT Service Management context, preferably related to IAM and cybersecurity.
  • Technical understanding in digital identities, PAM.
  • Essential BA skills (e.g. requirements engineering, process modelling, reporting, presentation, cost-benefit analysis etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex and abstract technical concepts.
  • Logical thinking and numeracy.
  • Relational/Object-oriented data modelling.
  • Data analytics (e.g. Excel/SQL) and visualization (e.g. PowerBI).
  • Basic understanding of software development and object-oriented programming language.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree honors 2.1 or above in a Math, Science or Engineering subject.
  • ITILv4 Foundation certification or above.
  • One or more Microsoft Azure certifications.
  • One or more Cybersecurity certifications.
  • Over 5 years of experience working in an enterprise IT Service Management context, preferably related to IAM and cybersecurity.
