Essential responsibilities:

• Manage the application whitelisting policies put in place via CyberArk EPM
• Create or modify existing policies based on new application requests.
• Assist with troubleshooting failures to either allow or block application titles.
• Ensure application policies stay current with the Fiserv Approved Software list.
• Performs other duties as directed.
