Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide network support for Asia COB Migration project from initiation to closure.
• Using either bespoke Network Engineering defined Design packages and/or Pre-defined Design packages, create Network Design Document (NDD) which will include implementation plans, test plans and network changes.
• Oversee the deployment of network design on the corporate production network. Implement network changes during the allowed weekend green zone window.
• For larger multi-discipline initiatives, you will be required to represent and deliver the network element of the project following the defined process, while providing effective liaison between other technology owners.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise for defined network products and technologies, for the review of Network Design Document (NDD) thru the NSDR process (Network service design review).
• Proactively identify and clean-up legacy/abandoned infrastructure on periodic basis (Use regional capacity reports).
• Assist with knowledge transfer of new products to internal integration/engineering teams.
• Assist in the development of & implementation of processes to allow repeatable designs with the view of provisioning automation and efficiencies.
• Close all required project documentations for audit purposes & project closure.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other project stakeholders on network project planning and implementation
• Provide on-site support (either to Citi locations, or to partner locations) as required by the project

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience (min. 5 years) working with high-end routers (Cisco ASRs/ISRs) and switches (Cisco Nexus 9000, Arista 7200 series).
• Minimum CCNP; CCIE is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of at least three of the following routing protocols: EIGRP, IGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP.
• Experience of using WANs (Metro Ethernet, leased line, MPLS etc.), Ethernet Private Line & DWDM.
• Strong working knowledge of IP, IPsec and VPNs.
• Hands on experience using Packet Capture tools e.g. Network General Sniffers/ Ethereal network protocol analyzer as well as probe devices.
• Hands on experience in network automation thru scripting language such as Python etc is beneficial
• Experience of using Multicast in a Cisco environment.
• Familiar with Voice Gateways, IPT and VOIP beneficial.
• Preferably worked within large financial or banking network operation/implementation team.
• Analyze and solve business or technical problems.
• Ability to effectively communicate to internal clients through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting).
• Willingness to stay on the leading edge of technology by learning new techniques
• Willing to work during weekends for implementation of network changes.
• Willing to work for extended working hours when needed.
• PC Literate (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills (both verbal & written) in both English and Japanese

仕事内容

業務内容：
- アジアCOBマイグレーションプロジェクトの開始から終了までのネットワークサポートを行う。
- ネットワーク・エンジニアリング定義の設計パッケージと事前定義の設計パッケージのいずれか（もしくは両方）を使用して、実装計画、テスト計画、ネットワーク変更を含むネットワーク設計文書（NDD）を作成する。
- 企業の本番ネットワークへのネットワーク設計の展開を監督する。週末のグリーンゾーンを利用してネットワークの変更を行う。
- 複数の分野にまたがる大規模なプロジェクトでは、他のテクノロジー・オーナーと効果的に連携を図りながら、定義されたプロセスに従ってプロジェクトのネットワーク要素を代表して提供することが求められる。
- NSDRプロセス（ネットワーク・サービス・デザイン・レビュー）を通じたネットワーク・デザイン・ドキュメント（NDD）のレビューにおいて、定義されたネットワーク製品および技術に関する主題専門知識を提供する。
- 定期的にレガシー／放置されたインフラを積極的に特定し、クリーンアップする（地域別のキャパシティレポートを使用）
- 社内の統合チームやエンジニアリングチームへの新製品の知識移転を支援する
- プロビジョニングの自動化と効率化を目的とした、再現性のあるデザインを可能にするプロセスの開発と実装の支援
- 監査目的のために必要なプロジェクト文書をすべて作成し、プロジェクトを終了させる
- ネットワークプロジェクトの計画と実施において、ベンダー、パートナー、その他のプロジェクト関係者と調整を行う。
- プロジェクトの必要に応じてオンサイトサポートを提供する（シティの拠点またはパートナーの拠点）

応募条件

必須資格:
- ハイエンドルータ（Cisco ASR/ISR）およびスイッチ（Cisco Nexus 9000、Arista 7200シリーズ）の使用経験（最低5年）。
- 最低限のCCNP、CCIEは必須ではありませんがプラスになります。
- 以下のルーティングプロトコルのうち、少なくとも3つのプロトコルに関する知識があること。eigrp、igrp、bgp、ospf、rip。
- WAN（メトロイーサネット、専用線、MPLSなど）、イーサネット専用線、DWDMの使用経験があること。
- IP、IPsec、VPNに関する知識が豊富であること。
- ネットワーク・ジェネラル・スニッファー、Etherealネットワーク・プロトコル・アナライザー、プローブ・デバイスなどのパケット・キャプチャー・ツールの使用経験があること。
- Pythonなどのスクリプト言語を使用したネットワークオートメーションのハンズオン経験
- Cisco環境でのマルチキャストの使用経験。
- ボイスゲートウェイ、IPT、VOIPに精通していることが望ましい。
- 大規模な金融機関や銀行のネットワーク運用・導入チームでの勤務経験があること。
- ビジネス上または技術上の問題を分析し、解決することができる。
- あらゆる媒体（言語、リスニング、ライティング、プレゼンテーション）を使って、社内の顧客と効果的にコミュニケーションをとることができる。
- 新しい技術を学ぶことで、最先端の技術を維持する意欲があること

- 必要に応じて勤務時間の延長が可能であること。
