Working from KL for supporting Japanese Cisco Customers

Language/English – Fluent

• -  Must read English technical Documents of Cisco documents, explain them to other in English and Japanese

• -  Must create the problem/Improvement report /Escalation report in English

  Language /Japanese – Fluent

• -  Must communicate with Non-English field engineer or English Field engineer before the ONSITE by Phone to do briefing and check the documents.

• -  Sometimes Technical support in Japanese is required

  Required - Technical skills

• -  Basic Technical knowledge of Cisco Network and Server.

• -  Basic Technical knowledge of the installing of SW and device driver

• -  Cisco CCT RS certification - May pass after joining NCR

• -  Cisco CCT DC certification - May pass after joining NCR

• -  Cisco CCT CL certification - May pass after joining NCR

  Preferred

• -  Experience of Network fields engineer

• -  Experience of Server fields engineer

• -  Experience of Technical support for CISCO
