Role: Infrastructure Operations Manager:

1. Demonstrated operations manager with experience in people management, technical support as well as datacenter operations, which covers the scope of capacity planning, racks delivery, installation, decommission and incident management.

2. Guide the improvement of processes and procedures on a continuous basis and manage team and staff performance.

3. Responsible for managing a team of 7/24 operations to provide overall datacenter support in hardware and network equipment.

The responsibilities include:

• -  Manage the performance of team(s) of data center operation processionals

• -  Ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day data center operations

  including queue management, 7/24 shift arrangement and hardware logistics

• -  Fast learn or act as the subject matter expert across all aspects in data center operations

• -  Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and met

• -  Inspire and guide improvement in team process, technology innovation and automation

• -  Manage Large Scale Events (outages) and act as the call leader

• -  Manage and improve the workflows and through-put for data centers operations

• -  Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided, and

  continuously strive to improve our Customer Experience

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• -  Minimum 5 years of people management experience with direct reports as their performance manager

• -  In-depth knowledge and experience of change, problem and incident management

• -  Demonstrated communication skill in presentation, open discussion, team coaching

• -  Fluent English verbal and written proficiency

• -  Financial understanding in billing, invoices, PO etc.

• -  Project Management skill

• -  SLA Reporting

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• -  In-depth knowledge on data center operations, processes and continuous processes improvement

• -  Experience in data center Safety and Security measures

• -  Data mining/analysis skill

• -  ITIL Foundation, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma and/or Risk related certifications

• -  Data Center related certification - CDCP/S/E, CDCMP/TP

• -  Linux certification and/or administration experience - RHCSA/RHCE, LPIC, Linux+
