【Job Description】
- Receiving the Service Requests from the customers, checking the details of the ATM issues.
- Assigning ATM Field Engineers, negotiating with the local vender to keep SLA.
- Making appointments with customers for onsite support visits.
- Informing ATM Field Engineers on the required parts and documents and sharing other onsite details.
- Interpreting between the customers and ATM Field Engineer in English and Japanese.
- Providing remote support while ATM Field Engineers work onsite. Escalating to Level 2 ATM technical support, the ATM Field Engineers are unable to solve the problems. Interpreting between ATM Field Engineer and the Level 2 ATM team.
- Escalating long term outstanding unresolved cases to Account.
- Creating Improvement plan and reporting to Account support and Japan Service team.
- Sharing information with ATM Trainer to improve contents of training.
