Required - Technical skills

• Basic technical knowledge of PC and OS.
• Basic technical knowledge of the installation of SW and device driver.
• Basic technical knowledge of adjusting mechanical machines, such as gears, motors, belts, actuators, sequencers (ATM related)    
• Basic knowledge for AC and DC power supplies

Preferred 

• Experience of technical support by Phone.
• Experience of technical support of PC, Network, Server, Storage.
• Experience of ATM Field Engineer. 
• Any machine support and field engineers’ experience is highly welcomed.
