Job Description:
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities for our clients – end clients and partners, System Integrators
• Building business relationships with current and potential IT Recruitment companies for delivery
• Collaborating with sales and leadership in the region to secure, retain, and grow accounts
• Developing customized targeted sales strategies where you can sell solutions as well as licenses of software products for which we have a APAC distributor licenses agreement
• Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients @ client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
• Coordinating business generation activities – RFQs, RFIs, RFPs and other proposals for projects and project related activities
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
• Maintaining short- and long-term business development plan
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Closing sales and working with clients through closing process with the help of Delivery Team(s)
• Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Good to have:
• 3-5 years of sales/account management experience around software product sales and/or IT services sales and/or project management sales expertise
• Collaboration expertise with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Must have delivery experience and dealing with multinational clients
• A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in business is required
• May require some travel overseas
