Position Responsibilities :

ï	Gather requirements, analyzes, creates design documents and performs impact analysis for application changes.
ï	Plan and organize tasks, reports progress for implementations.
ï	Defining scope, planning and scheduling projects. 
ï	Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the manufacturing and Supply Chain Areas areas and suggest process improvements. 
ï	Lead user sessions for requirement and testing, Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
ï	Guides technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces and extensions for Oracle Applications.
ï	Understand and modifies the Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options etc.). 
ï	Assist users with problems and resolves issues independently.
ï	Create and maintain system documentation.
ï	Work with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues.
ï	Review requests, assign/delegate tasks and track progress.
ï	Provide leadership for functional solution design.
ï	Proactively assess opportunities, risks, challenges for technology & business.
ï	Coordinate work efforts with the DBA and middleware teams for application change controls and system performance issues.
ï	Ability to work effectively in a multi cultural environment and to lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
a.	5+ years IT related experience.
b.	5+ years Oracle application experience with various Supply Chain And Manufacturing modules among INV, OM, PO, Adv Pricing, Costing, WMS,MSCA etc
c.	Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills. 
d.	Expertise with configuration and setups for Oracle Manufacturing and Distribution modules.
e.	3+ years experience in lead support of software applications. 
f.	Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies.
g.	Demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents.
h.	Understand various essential business functions of an organization.
i.	Understanding of functional concepts & flow of Oracle Application Modules.
j.	Oracle certifications is a plus.
