Job Requirements

  • ●  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

  • ●  10+ years of overall work experience

  • ●  6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master

  • ●  3+ years of experience in product deployment at a regional or global level

  • ●  Experience with large scale, complex technology deployments primarily within Healthcare or Life Science or Consumer healthcare domains, however not restricted to the same.

  • ●  Businessdomainknowledgethatwouldbeaplus:medical,commercial,multichannel,dataandanalytics

  • ●  Knowledge of CRM and cloud-based solutions such as Salesforce, IQVIA or Veeva and a good understanding of data and analytics technology

  • ●  Agile / SAFe® certifications would be an added advantage

  • ●  Lives the spirits of an agile innovative culture with a mindset of servant leadership

  • ●  Hands-on experience with scrum framework, ability to drive critical and strategic thinking

  • ●  Understanding of technology-driven projects from a strategic and tactical level, focus on outcomes

  • ●  Project and resource management skills

  • ●  Strong interpersonal skills, skilled in facilitation, situational awareness, communications, and mentoring

  • ●  Passionate about learning, sharing and further developing best practices to achieve greater impact

  • ●  Strong awareness of geographic, cultural, and organizational opportunities, conditions and constraints to build sound, sustainable and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

  • ●  High interaction, communication and facilitation skills including working experience on digital tools

  • ●  Excellent written and verbal English

  • ●  Flexibility to attend meetings outside “standard” working hours

Work closely with the R&D Squad leads and squad members to ‘connect the dots’

Facilitate the flow of information within the squad to drive ownership and empowerment

Facilitate scrum events and ceremonies, coach the team on value and purpose of these events

Facilitate sprint reviews/deployment retrospectives, identify areas for improvement and turn it into action

items

Help the squads to self-organize, coach on scrum values: Courage, Focus, Commitment, Respect,

Openness

Exhibit the servant leadership behavior towards the R&D squad teams and the wider organization

Build and drive the cross squad and cross team engagement and collaboration
