-8+ years of application development experience.

- 3+ years of mobile application development experience with Xamarin

- Experience with technical design, mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX and app store submission requirements.

- Extensive experience with C# and OOP principles

- Experience with Xamarin Native, Java, and Objective-C programming preferred.

- Strong knowledge of REST API is an advantage.

- Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

- Independent researching, solution finding, analysis and problem solving skills and capabilities.

- Exposure to the HR & Benefits domain is a big plus.
