Job Responsibilities

You are responsible to support complex CRM ecosystems, performing configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, coordinate requests with various users.

You will be dealing with vendors on issues, configurations, changes and releases.

You need a good understanding of CRM applications support, integration with other tools and
aware on commercials sales and marketing.
Job Requirements

Degree in Computing, Computer Science or Software Engineering.

3-5 years related experience in IT application support.

Preferably in IT operations or shared service center IT support.

Knowledge on master data, data loading and ETL jobs will be added advantage.

Has good soft skills and fluent communicator.

Keen on operational support and service improvements.

Proficient with IT Service Management, ITIL processes

CRM systems know-how

Has an agile mindset and understand MVP, focused on incremental value rather than perfection.

Knowledgeable in the areas like Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Digital.
