  1. Job Responsibilities

    • You are responsible to support complex CRM ecosystems, performing configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, coordinate requests with various users.

    • You will be dealing with vendors on issues, configurations, changes and releases.

    • You need a good understanding of CRM applications support, integration with other tools and

      aware on commercials sales and marketing.

      Job Requirements

    • Degree in Computing, Computer Science or Software Engineering.

    • 3-5 years related experience in IT application support.

    • Preferably in IT operations or shared service center IT support.

    • Knowledge on master data, data loading and ETL jobs will be added advantage.

    • Has good soft skills and fluent communicator.

    • Keen on operational support and service improvements.

    • Proficient with IT Service Management, ITIL processes

    • CRM systems know-how

    • Knowledge on master data, data loading and ETL jobs will be added advantage

    • Has an agile mindset and understand MVP, focused on incremental value rather than perfection.

    • Knowledgeable in the areas like Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Digital.

      Mandatory skills

    • IT application support and operations.

    • Troubleshoot applications issue at complex enterprise level

    • ITIL 4 and Agile mindset
