Job Responsibilities:

• Project management experience on drive CSI initiative to improve service performance and service stability.

• Understand Service Management process (ITIL process), specially on Incident handing & Change Management.

• Have Project Management knowledge on IT technical such as Microsoft Azure integration with SAP.

• Good to have: ITIL, SAFe, Scrum Master & Agile knowledge.
