1 to 2 years of Lightning experience is a MUST

Knowledge of Apex is a MUST- REST API and OAUTH security and how security works in Lightning is a MUST; Data security in Salesforce

Preferred:

3-6 years of overall experience (if someone has only 2 years overall all in Lightning that is fine)

Knowledge of Velocity from Salesforce

Good communication skills
