Technical Skills Requirements The candidate should have at least the following: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an administrator in: - IBM WebSphere Application Server • Proficient technical understanding of web and application server technologies required • Core technical proficiencies will be: administration of IBM WebSphere Application Sever, IBM HTTP Server and other related technologies. • Experience in working in a Unix environment • Demonstrated understanding of scripting and automation methodology as well as experience with Unix shell and scripting. • Working knowledge of HTTP/S protocol standards • Working knowledge of SSL and SSL certificate management Broad Technical Background ◦ Operating Systems : ▪ IBM AIX ▪ Red Hat Enterprise Linux ▪ Knowledge on IBM iSeries will be an advantage ◦ JEE Application servers: ▪ IBM WebSphere Application Server ◦ Database servers:
