Roles & Responsibilities:

• Read the Part / Product drawing / Process to understand its requirements, critical & non-critical dimensions, surface finish requirements, Heat treatment requirements, Geometric tolerances, Product Datums,
• Broad understanding of the product, to do the tests efficiently,
• Must be familiar with all types of measuring / testing instruments / equipments & their limitations,
• To monitor, test and inspect products to make sure they meet specified standards,
• To make sure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes,
• Inspect, measure, sample materials or assembled parts or products being produced for defects and deviations from specifications,
• Preparation of detailed Inspection reports as required,
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards based on the requirements,
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process, wherever feasible,
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
• Work directly with quality assurance supervisors, analyzing manufacturing processes for improvement using various methods of testing and inspection.
• Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
• Should have an effective communication, Process driven, Excellent attention to detail,
