Location: Malaysia 

Skill Set:

• Hands on digital technologies that involve mobile framework – preferably KONY OR IOS, or Android. Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS & AngularJS. Understand & demonstrate experience on AGILE development methodology – SCRUM concepts.
• Collaborate & negotiate priorities with inter-departmental teams.
• Strong communicator. Engage senior CXO-1, CXO-2 level audience.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress, risks & issues of the project to all stakeholders.
• Project scoping & estimation, Taking ownership of project deliverables, Define project tasks and identifying resource requirements. Manage Project within Effort, Schedule and Quality assurance targets. Plan and schedule project timelines, Deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools. Be able to coach, mentor, motivate the project team
•         Able to demonstrate experience in managing large teams (40+) with multiple sub-projects working on different tracks. Coordination of tasks among various teams (internal as well as external) located at different locations.
  

Requirements :

• 12-18 years of IT working experience.
• 4+ years working as Project Manager.
• Enthusiastic, Energetic & Passionate Manager with experience to manage a team of 40+ members.
• 2-3 years of experience in handling mobile platform projects. Preferably
