Position: Oracle R12 Oracle E-Business Suite applications in area of Supply Chain Management and Finance

Work Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

JD:

 Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle R12 Oracle E-Business Suite applications in area of Supply Chain Management and Finance

• Responsible for Production Support assessment and resolution

• Responsible for Production Support framework for Incidents, Problem tickets and Change Requests resolution-based metrics

• Maintain and publish metrics on support areas and identify improvement opportunities

• Continuous effort improving Incident and Problem Management process within the team and enhance productivity of the support operations

• Develops, implements and maintains a knowledge base system for Incident analysis, Root Cause Analysis, etc.

• Works closely with business users to provide timely resolution

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Computer Science/ Information Technology

• A minimum of Six years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Production Operations support

• Must have hands-on experience in setups on Oracle EBS Modules (Order Management and Account Receivables)

• Well-verse in Order to Cash cycle and on modules like Order Management and Account Receivables

• Knowledge in Oracle’s development tools including PL/SQL, reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder and OAF

• Exposure to overall architecture of Oracle E-Business Suite and its interaction with other Oracle products

• Experience in engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues

• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as planned and needed

• Applicant must be willing to work on any one of the assigned shifts on rotation basis (Malaysia Time), supporting customers globally.

1st Shift 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

2nd Shift 1 PM 10 PM

3rd Shift 9 PM 6 AM

 

Note: -- The shift timings may change based on the business needs.

 

Preferences:

o Experience in at least two full life cycle Oracle implementations is desirable

o Having exposure to Lean and Agile Methodology will be an added advantage

o Certification in Oracle will be an added advantage

o Knowledge in ODI, Informatica, OBIE or SOA will be an added advantage
