Role:  Senior UI Design Professional

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating on user experience planning with product management and engineering.
• Define and implement innovative solution for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Executing interaction design and visual design from concept to final hands-off engineering as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Communicate and present design strategy/rationale effectively to key stakeholders.
• Consulting with clients and lead architect.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Researching interaction design and technology trends.

EDUCATION:

Any Graduate with training on UI design.

However, preference will be given to the candidates having specialised degree on Art / UI design / Computer graphics.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of overall experience.

SKILLS:

Mandatory:

• 5+ years of overall experience.
• Good experience of designing UI for Enterprise applications (Not just UI experience for website development).
• Strong conceptualization ability, visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
• Strong experience on Responsive Design.
• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design components.
• Strong experience on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong experience on creation of PSD and converting PSD to html.
• Strong skills on HTML, HTML5, CSS3.
• Reasonable knowledge on Search Engine aspects.
• Reasonable knowledge on JavaScript/JQuery.
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of common software project management practices.
• Understanding of common software development practices.

Optional:

• Knowledge on AngularJS.
• Knowledge on ReactJS for View design for web and Mobile.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
