Support Engineer
Role
• Perform in-depth, end-to-end 3rd level system, software, and data quality support of the Elektron-PD infrastructure.
• Act as a point of escalation for a number of internal customers including Operations, Data OPS, Problem Management, and Service Management.
• Provide courteous and high-quality support for reported service issues.
• Manage requests for service according to defined methods of working and engage various Development teams when required.
• Perform resolution or triage of issues impacting service.
• Provide technical and data analysis of production environment issues and replication in the integration environment when warranted.
• Assist in training exercises for internal customers.
• Assist OPS with various production changes.
• Create and track software incidents affecting service.
• Participate in post incident reviews.
• Provide regular status reports to management as required.
