Objectives
1. Adopt Agile Methodologies and innovative ways to automate manual tasks using technology.
2. Analyze build and OAT documents and provide automation improvements in order to increase efficiency and reduce build errors.
3. Flexibility to shift working hours to accommodate the project needs / Implementation work.
4. Provide Configuration and Change Management support as per the company Process, meeting day-1, capacity, and projects required dates:
• Confirm that changes are “fit for purpose” to be installed in the Elektron and IDN and TDN environment and will not disrupt service.
• Install and/or work with Development and QA and Support teams in the installation of changes and take corrective actions.
• To ensure that all aspects of operability are delivered while ensuring that existing service levels are maintained or improved.
• To ensure Global and Standard Process is followed.
5. Perform analysis, planning, Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) as required for project
