The Scope of the work will include the IRIS EMEA countries in Wave1, Wave2 and Wave3 B2B integration related to Sales Order, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence and Finance interfaces .
EDI Analyst Services:
• Review and validate detailed technical questionnaire responses
• Perform Analysis on Local EDI Requirements
• Reverse Engineer Legacy Processes
• Create as-is process flows with all legacy systems
• Develop partner/interface Specific MRS
• Provide local support for any EDI related questions/concerns
• Coordinate DVI user access for local business and IT support users
• Support EDI Horseshoe testing and Issue resolution/Escalation
• Co-ordinate with core EDI team and provide work stream status
• Assist EDI team to manage scope creep
• Support and coordinate activities with Project work streams.
• Communicate and collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment with Project deliverables
• To support configuration and setup of various Trading partner maps, configuration and communication
• To support configuration and setup of IBM Sterling Connect Direct Interfaces
• Support all stages of interface testing according to IRIS project plans
• Support creation of individual MRS or supporting documentation for each interface and create interface flow diagrams
