Skills for server side applications - Java: solid java experience (Java 8). - XML - MySQL - Spring - Junit - Tomcat or equivalent J2EE application server - Hibernate (desirable) - XSLT (desirable) Also resource should have exposure to the below - Maven - GIT Deployment: - Linux, AWS experience (depending on Azure discussions)
