Responsibilities:

• Responsible to gather all requirement needed for incoming resources of a project and recommends possible technology solutions.
• Expert in Java full stack with experience on DEVOPS implementation
• Develop full scale IT project plans.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation in managed services environment
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.

Skills:

• Understands Java programming language, Java API & Microservices architecture and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
• Possesses good knowledge of Java software systems, Java architectures and various compatibility requirements
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
• Ensures the schedule, budget, scope; resources, quality and risk of all IT projects are managed end-to-end.
• About 12+ years relevant experience with 5-7 years exposure on banking domain.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload (E.g. incoming work, projects).
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to establish relationships with team members consisting of internal employees and customer representatives. Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills, including cross-cultural communication and relationship-building.
