- Minimum 3 years IT experience with 2 years of Change Management Experience

                                                - ITIL v3 Intermediate knowledge of Change Management or equivalent

                                                - Raise, Monitor, Track all Change Request to completion

                                                - Good to have: Familiar with end to end Change Management Process / CAB reviews
