  • Own all the business requirements aspects of the technology solution needed to support the function.
  • Maintain robust business requirements in line with overall program and client direction ensure the ongoing monitoring and tracking of delivery to the client in line with timelines and quality standards.
  • Active risk and issue management to secure reliable delivery to the client.
  • Produce regular (weekly) updates on program status to the Program Manager.
  • Work with offshore/offsite based functional analysts and developers to ensure implementation of solutions are in line with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Client stakeholder management on most levels.
  • Maintain relationship with Vendor teams and expedite deliverables on the business front.

 

Candidate requirements

  • Experience in core banking implementation, Datawarehouse projects
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
  • Documenting the requirements in different documents like BRS, FRS, Use case document, user story creation with proper acceptance criterion
  • Extract, analyse and understand business requirements and performing gap analysis between goals and existing business processes
  • Writing and executing functional Test Case
  • Interacting with client for operational issues
  • Avaloq Core Banking or Temenos T24 knowledge would be preferred
  • Subject Matter Expert experience in WM business and thorough understanding of Operational tasks
  • Proven first class business analyst skills with appropriate, but pragmatic, process management skills applied with rigour and structure.
  • Relevant technology knowledge and expertise in the PWM domain and knowledge of the market place of standard solutions in this space.
  • Best understanding of Front office workflows and understanding of executions at the back-office level
  • Demonstrated experience working with Onshore / offshore development teams.
  • An understanding of the software development life cycle, in particular agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrable ability to interface and converse at both junior and senior level and with non-IT staff.
  • Customer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients
  • Previous experience working effectively in globally diverse teams and matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results.
  • A degree from an accredited College / University with an IT-related concentration/ Masters in Business Administration
