Core Skills:

• Extensive client side scripting E.g Java script, JS Frameworks, CSS, AJAX.
• Should be comfortable with ASP.Net environment.

Job Description :

• Develop, wireframes, screen flows, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors for the enterprise applications.
• Partner with engineers to collaborate and iterate in fast-paced design-to-build cycles and ensure your designs are implemented to specification.
• Rapidly iterate and test a variety of ideas using wireframes, sketches and fully designed comps when needed.
• Clearly communicate experience design rationale; have impeccable judgment.
• Deliver exciting, effective, memorable, polished wireframes, Visual designs, and production assets.
• Stay ahead of the curve in technological advances and UI practices
• Contribute to the User Experience group's shared knowledge of user-cantered design and research methodologies
• Solid knowledge of UI and UX practices and current competitive trends in UI design.
• Extensive experience and good theoretical background in system usability design. Understanding of trends, best practices, design principles, web standards, and responsive design (iOS design, Android design, front-end design, interaction design)

• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability and drawing skills.
• Good working knowledge of latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and associated design tools.
• Experienced in interactive prototype creation with tools such as Balsamiq Mockups, Dreamweaver, Axure, InVision, etc.
• Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and related technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively throughout.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and successfully launch new products.
• Solid grasp of mobile app design principles and understanding of current mobile technologies (iOS, Android)

Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
