Role and Responsibilities
• Control project financials through efficient resource management across the various projects handled and present the report to the Senior Management team consisting of Global VP.
• Facilitate project/activity status update meetings in order to effectively communicate project/activity expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Track the various activities in connection with operations to completion within timeline as and when required by the Customer and update the status periodically to the PMO Head, Senior Management and the Customer.
• Keep track of compliments and complaints from across the various projects.
• Liaise with the Corporate quality for TSAT and CSAT analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate the various audits (internal/external) by coordinating between the respective stakeholders.
• Act as a reference point for PMO queries across the various projects handled by client
• Support processes and standards documentation activities in a centralized PMO knowledge base.
• Provide project templates as and when required by the Project Managers.
Preferred Skills
• Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience with basic knowledge of project management.
• Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective.
• Experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in ITIL and ITIL V3 foundation would be a plus.
