+ Degree or equivalent in computer science / engineering
+ Minimum 6+ years of relevant working experience in particularly banking/ financial services industry
+ Good understanding and experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is necessary
+ Strong facilitation skills and experience of leading workshops to gather / clarify requirements
+ Thorough experience in writing use cases, documenting business / functional requirements/ narratives and defining requirements traceability
+ Experience in working Agile methodology writing user stories and narratives is preferred (not must)
+ Experience in JIRA and Confluence is preferred (not must)
+ Ability to walkthrough the documented requirements with Business / product team and obtain sign off
+ Review test scenarios/ test cases , support SIT and UAT
+ Knowledge transfer to Development, Testing and Application Support teams

+ Prepare, Review, analyze, and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and providing feedback on key functionalities and technical feasibility

+ Analyze and translate BRDs into Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
+ Drive customer processing implementation projects of electronic payments processing business activities following global project coordination methodology
+ Adhere to the requirements processes as well as SDLC to gather, write and maintain FRDs.
+ Conduct FRD walkthroughs for multiple teams (Development, Quality Control, User Acceptance Testing, Training, Market Readiness and Operations) to explain new and enhanced functionality
+ Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
+ Develop prototypes and Business Use Case Scenarios as per the requirements
+ Act as subject matter expert on requirement issues for all phases of the SDLC
+ Coordination with the Creative team (UI/UX) to develop the User Interface screen

+ Experience Implementation expert for money transfer over social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, e-mail, hike)
+ Knowledge in Aadhaar Enabled Payments System, ecommerce and Aadhaar Payments Bridge (ABP)
+ Understanding of new use cases: ‐ credit card payments, cross border remittance, NUUP‐National Unified USSD Platform
+ Technical knowledge, extensive product development experience in mobile payment area and mobile Wallets
+ Familiar about guidelines and norms for Mobile Banking industry and Prepaid Payment Instruments in India
