Key skill set

Must have 

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing production issues, working within a support team structure
• Rich experience in using and/or supporting one or more of the following technologies
•    Java, J2EE
•    MySQL, DB2, MS SQL & Postgres SQL
•    IBM HTTP Server / Apache / NGINX
•    WebSphere application server / Apache tomcat
• Rich experience with ITSM process ( Incident, Problem, Change, Release )
• Rich experience with Linux command lines.
• Brief understanding of OSI layers and experience working with OSI L7 Technologies eg. HTTP(S), Web Servers / Reverse Proxies
• Understanding of network concepts, eg. Firewalls, Load Balancers, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts, eg. Servers, Networks, Storage, Security
• Experience working in Financial services 
• Experience working in DevOps / Agile teams and technologies, eg. Atlassian Collaboraton Suite, CI/CD
• Experience in working on mission critical, high available systems
• Experience in gathering and analyzing stack traces and thread dumps
