• Good Interpersonal and communication skills to gather the requirements from client and explain the application behavior

• Expertise in developing web-based applications using Java, J2EE, Multi-threading, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, HTML, XML, jQuery, AJAX, SQL, PL/SQL.

• Sound Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and expertise in Application Integration.

• Hands on experience in developing applications using Struts, Hibernate, JBOSS JBPM and JAX-WS.

• Experience in General Insurance Domain is must.

• Good knowledge in Effort estimation techniques and Application Maintenance and Support process

• Should have involved in installation and maintenance of Application Servers like IBM Websphere, Apache Tomcat.

• Experience in Performance tuning of applications
