Key Responsibilities
• Independently develops data cleansing and mastering algorithms and researches on company data to support Master Data Management.
• Takes up stewarding roles to enrich data using research on proprietary platforms and open source information on the web.
• Produces BI reports on data quality and exception handling reports for incorrect data on a regular basis.
• Articulates business requirements in sufficient detail such that a technical solution can be designed and engineered.
• Develops technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems and source types to a modelled database solution in the data warehouse after series of transformations and data manipulations.
• Consults with the business to develop documentation and communication materials to ensure accurate usage and interpretation of business requirements.
• Provide on-going support to projects used within the organization.

Qualifications

a) Hands on experience with MS SQL or Python Scripting (1+ years of experience desired).
b) Having a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Statistics/Analytics from a reputed University.
c) Able to perform data stewardship and enrichment/enhancements on internal data from Property and Company information from proprietary/reliable sources on the web.
d) Computer science fundamentals, especially on database management and SQL server.
e) Informatica or Python experience will be an added bonus.
f) Self-motivated team player who is flexible and adapts in quickly changing environment.
g) Will be a big plus if candidate has previous work experience in researching/stewarding company data or the real estate field.
