Job Description

 •Work with PMs/ITLs/SWI/MSP leads to install Storage and Wintel server virtual/hardware for infrastructure-related projects. Ensure PMs understand lead time requirements, server standards (type, location) for WS3 Operations, S&C and document requirements

• Ensure WS3 resource availability to meet project due dates

• Act as escalation contact for Server Build and Data Migration teams

• Coordinate work with other teams who build, certify, migrate and decommission servers for projects or SWIs + Work jointly with local resources to procure, deliver, and install new server hardware

• Provide general oversight/monitoring of daily operations work of team and ensure compliance with the service availability levels and operations practices.

• Steward/oversee/understand service projects (e.g. EOL), business projects, SWI and operations activities to ensure timely completion.

• First point of escalation for follow ups/concerns/queries for inter/intra-team operations matters.

• Periodically participate in internal process reviews.

Primary skill set

• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure knowledge (Servers and Storage).
