KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build effective working relationships with the business; understand their issues, concerns, and priorities.
  • Take lead role in assisting with the business case, planning and monitoring,
  • Translate and simplify requirements. Identify areas that may require systems solutions.
  • Lead and/or participate in the business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality. 
  • Analyze change in light of current business processes, assess impact on other SAP modules. 
  • Partner with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Follow standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions.
  • Involve in coding when required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years SAP project Implementation and rollout experience (including Coding experience)
  • Written and verbal communication (including technical writing) skills
  • Understanding of process harmonization concepts
  • Ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops
  • Knowledge of solution techniques and methods
  • Ability to lead team of junior functional and technical consultants
