| 1. Monitor systems and logging of events according to defined procedure, 2. Montor and record system faults or Faults reported by user in the log files, 3. Install or replace hardware to resolve system faults at the system cabinet, 4. Carry out operational procedure or agreed process, 5. Identify operational problems and contribute to their resolutions, 6. Provide assistance to users ina professional manner following agreed procedures, 7. Perfroming preventive and corrective maintenace according to work instructions, 8. to coordinate with overseas or singtel in resolution of lines and equipment faults. |
