Technical Skills:
• Experience – 3+ Years
• 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, ideally within a global company.
• Experience in IT infrastructure delivery, should have experience in Network infrastructure.
• Should have fair technical understanding of routers/switches/firewall/LB/WLAN etc.,
• Mounting and Unmounting of Device and sub-components.
• Physical reboot of the devices. To provide Power connectivity to the devices.
• Provide Remote Access of local devices to HPE NOC. This might include basic configuration such as assigning IP, DNS, etc. that is required to provide remote control of the device.
• Cable connectivity to provide LANWAN access to the device
• Packaging and labelling of the RMA device. (Engineer will use the same packaging of the RMA device received to pack the faulty device, label the packaging with address and hand it over to site contact or as directed by HPE NOC).
• Network equipment Break-fix Maintenance;
• All In-scope activities will be performed as per instructions from HPE NOC.
• Good communication, presentation & leadership skills.
Process Skills:
• Incident Management;
• Installs, Moves, Adds and Changes (IMACs) Services
• Physical Network Environment Services.
Behavioral Skills:
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• CCNA Certification is mandatory.
