Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in an Business analyst role or Project Manager Role
- PRPC VERSION 7.X CERTIFIED SENIOR SYSTEM ARCHITECT or CERTIFIED BUSINESS ARCHITECT is mandatory.
- Well experienced in PEGA implementation or business analyst at least 2 years
- PEGA implementation to Banking industry is a plus
- Experience and understanding agile development procedure and methodology at least 1 year
- Experience set up and configuration infra, such as HW, DB and WAS, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
- Team player
Job Description
- Lead role for creating requirements design for banking customer by using Pega technology
- Define the analysis of expense work flow by newly implemented PEGA System with communication with business users
- Fit & gap analysis for current expense workflow system and newly implemented Pega workflow
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements about expense work flow
- Define the scope of the project for expense workflow in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Communicate and manage stakeholders in both Operation Division and System Division
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Create a detailed project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project as agile base
- Create cost estimate and allocate resources properly
- Project management for the Case Manager and Work Flow system expense procedure by using PEGA platform after requirement design phase
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time at the required level of quality
- Support of the day to day activities in the achievement of the phase in the assigned project
