Responsibilities:

• Support the technical function for Data Quality operations.
• Maintain Data Quality Scorecards/Dashboard and provide BAU support post go-live.
• Support implementation of Data Quality program for new Clients/Accounts.
• Develop new DQ rules and DQ dashboard as per business requirements.
• Develop scripts to automate code promotion process.
• Develop scripts and processes to monitor batch execution jobs.
• Address the Data Quality tickets in Data Help Desk.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and develop fix for them.
• Ensure timely resolution of production tickets raised in Data Help Desk for data quality. 
• Perform promotion of code from UAT to production environment.
• Ensure the SLA and uptime agreements are met for the Data Quality Engine.
• Participate in QA of data quality rules, dashboards, rule catalogue etc.

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of data related experience such as Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing and Database development and application support.
• 1+ years of experience of application support.
• Development experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc., is a must.
• Analytics exposure desired, i.e. Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, etc.
• Candidates must have experience working in large global organizations with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments.

Skills:

Technology:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures on relation databases such as MS SQL server ( preferred ), Oracle etc.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in ETL tools like Informatica (preferred), Data stage, SSIS etc.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in scripting language such as Windows Batch or UNIX shell scripting.
• Must have foundational exposure to develop and support front end application using .Net or Java.
• Exposure to Tableau and Tableau Server concepts will be a plus.
• Exposure to Data Quality tools in JLL such as Informatica DQ, Informatica Analyst will be a plus.
• Exposure to next generation technologies such as NoSQL databases and Hadoop will be a plus.

Data Skills:

• Must have expertise to perform data analysis on large and diverse data sets.
• Must be adept in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of data lifecycle and data quality management will be a plus.
