The Resident Engineers shall provide the following support for On-boarding in each GDCs in accordance with the Representative’s SOPs:

SUPPORT FOR ON-BOARDING (GDC)

(a) Take over the GDC Resources from the Government-appointed Supplier for the Customer;

(b) Manage the physical access to the Customer’s rack in GDC;

(c) Ensure the Customer’s IT equipment within the rack is mounted in accordance with the RMP;

(d) Escort the Customer and Customer-appointed Supplier in GDC for break-fix and onsite activities such as installation works, equipment delivery and maintenance activities related to On-boarding Service; and

(e) Submit the following requests to the Government-appointed Supplier for the Customer:

(i) GDC Resources subscription requests;

(ii) Network-related requests;

(iii) Equipment movement requests;

(iv) Physical access requests; and

(v) Network cabling requests.
