•	Project managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics/CRM365 across APAC for our Corporate Solutions business
•	Maximising our investment in the platform – leveraging lessons learned and best practices from other corporates 
•	Partnering with our Business Lines, Sales & Accounts platform and IT teams to review and refine business processes, undertaking analysis of the existing sales and marketing processes and advising on how Microsoft Dynamics/CRM365 functionality can best complement business processes 
•	Acting as advocate for our CRM 365 platform encouraging up take of usage
•	At least 6 years’ experience implementing Client Relationship Management platforms in a complex corporate environment 
•	Ideally excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics/CRM 365 (alternatively we will consider Salesforce Implementation experience)
•	Excellent stakeholder management skills – ability to work with both business units and our IT teams globally and regionally
•	Excellent communication and problem solving skills
•	Excellent business analysis and project management skills
