Project Manager 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Clarity Work Breakdown Structure and resource tasks needed to complete a project.
  • Perform SDLC document quality control - Work with the primary PM and assist in developing a workflow process.
  • Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned and ensure tasks are on schedule with up to date ETC.
  • Work along the resource Managers and Stream manager on their daily and weekly activities, and have it reported and sync with the primary PM in ADA.
  • Monitor, measure, and report performance against baseline, metrics and other measures requested by the primary PM.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of project meetings and team communication.
  • Maintain project SharePoint site.
  • Empowered to make decisions.
  • Must understand the scope of the project and work as a team with the primary PM.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master in relevant field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in Lean/Agile and Scrum Master skills will be added advantage.
