Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Clarity Work Breakdown Structure and resource tasks needed to complete a project.
- Perform SDLC document quality control - Work with the primary PM and assist in developing a workflow process.
- Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned and ensure tasks are on schedule with up to date ETC.
- Work along the resource Managers and Stream manager on their daily and weekly activities, and have it reported and sync with the primary PM in ADA.
- Monitor, measure, and report performance against baseline, metrics and other measures requested by the primary PM.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of project meetings and team communication.
- Maintain project SharePoint site.
- Empowered to make decisions.
- Must understand the scope of the project and work as a team with the primary PM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master in relevant field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Lean/Agile and Scrum Master skills will be added advantage.
