Minimum 2/3 end to end PeopleSoft Core HR & Global Payroll implementation experience
• Experience designing and configuring PeopleSoft Core HR & Global Payroll application (preferably for Malaysia) from scratch
• Hands on experience on other PeopleSoft Modules like NA Payroll, Absence, T&L, Benefits etc. is added advantage
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2 version implementation experience
• Should have knowledge and experience in integrating PeopleSoft HCM (Payroll) with Oracle Could HCM and other applications
• Should have knowledge and experience of designing custom interfaces, custom payroll related reports
• Expertise in writing PSFT Payroll Rules
• Should have exp. in designing data migration approach (from other application (preferably from Oracle HCM Cloud & other Legacy systems) to PeopleSoft HR, Payroll) and getting it implemented
• Should have exp. in configuring PeopleSoft security and Core HR & Payroll application end to end
• Should be good at documentation, requirement gathering, fit gap, requirement validation, Test scripts, ASIS study etc.
• Should have knowledge and experience in preparing project documents like functional design, SOP, training, user manual, Req. Traceability matrix etc.
• Should have good communication Skills
• Should have exp. in conducting product Demos/CRPs/Familiarization sessions
• Experience/Skill in PeopleSoft tolls and technologies like Application Designer, SQL, XMLP, AE, CI, IB, AWE etc. is added advantage
• Should be able to manage team, collaborate and do status reporting
• Expertise in Functional Testing, User Acceptance Tests, Test Plans, Test strategy, Test Scenarios
