• Should have worked on Oracle Fusion HCM latest releases
• Should have completed at least 2/3 full life-cycle implementation of Fusion Apps HCM
• Expert in Fusion HCM modules -Global Human Resources, Fusion Talent management (Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review & Succession planning , Career Development ), Compensation, T&L, Absence, Benefits, Learn, Wellness & HR Helpdesk
• Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM - Payroll module will be added advantage
• Expertise on functional Requirement gathering skills, analysis, fit gap, solutions, workarounds, ASIS study etc.
• Should have in depth Understanding of delivered Integration methodologies/technologies, interfaces available within Oracle Fusion HCM cloud application - Spreadsheet Loader, PBL, HDL, HCM Extract, Web services etc.
• Should have end to end experience in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM
• Should have experience in integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with other applications like PeopleSoft, Legacy systems, other cloud applications
• In-depth understanding of Security process in Fusion Apps. Good hands on experience using Oracle Identity Manager and Authorization Policy Manager
• Should be able to design, propose & configure solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM to meet the business requirements
• Should have exp. in OTBI/BI Reports, Dashboards
•Should have exp. in conducting product demo/familiarization sessions/CRPs
• Good Documentation skills – requirement Doc, ASIS, Functional Specifications/Design, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP
• Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business process.
• Should have exp. in Personalization
• Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools, Change management tools and other project management tools
• Coordinating User Acceptance testing with clients
• Should be well versed with Cloud Implementations, upgrades and maintenance methodologies
• Experience on Coexistence scenario implementation – Oracle Fusion HCM with other ERP applications such as Oracle EBIZ, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards
• Should have good communication Skills
• Should be able to manage team, collaborate and do status reporting
