- Should have worked on Taleo (both Enterprise and Business editions) latest releases
- Should have completed at least 2/3 end to end Oracle Taleo Recruitment, on boarding and Learn module implementations
- Should have experience configuring Taleo Recruitment, on boarding and Learn as per project requirements
- Should have exp. in configuring/implementing security in Taleo as per project needs
- Expertise on functional Requirement gathering skills, analysis, fit gap, solutions , workarounds
- Should be expert in integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with Taleo
- Expert in defining, designing and developing out bound and in bound interfaces/integration points
- Expert in Developing custom Reports for various Taleo modules
- Expert in data conversion, data mapping, data migration to Taleo
- Expertise in Functional Testing, User Acceptance Tests, Test Plans, Test strategy, Test Scenarios
- Expert in Documentation – Requirement documents, Fit gap, BRDs/FRDs, Strategy
- Should be able to conduct trainings, preparation of training materials, user guides
- Should be able to provide operational support, Issue analysis and resolution
- Experience with dealing with re-engineering of HR processes.
- Experience on Taleo Connect Client.
- Should have good communication Skills
- Should be able to manage team, collaborate and do status reporting
