Key Responsibilities Will Include

The Delivery Manager will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large Companies.

  • Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
  • Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
  • People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

 

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP including Transformation projects, Implementations and Upgrades
  • At least experience in implementing Oracle Fusion cloud projects.
  • Proficient in one or more Oracle Fusion products: Fusion Financials, Fusion Projects, Fusion Procurement & Inventory, Fusion Manufacturing
  • Experience with Primavera, Unifier (PCS, FMRE) technologies and strategies for implementation and design.
  • Provide support on data migration components during the implementation of the solution architecture.
  • Provide technical recommendations for cloud integration components like Integration Cloud Services (ICS) and SOA Cloud services
  • Provide oversight support to the design, development and QA teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations on short term and long term basis

 

Other skills required

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
