Key responsibilities

Advanced knowledge telecom technical environments;

  • Managing a team with 24*7 support.
  • Handling system audits by ensuring that all holes and vulnerabilities needs to be closed in and get the sign-off from customer.
  • Identification of Single point of failures and suggesting methods to customer to minimize the downtimes
  • Knowledge and own contract network schedules, SLA’s, etc;
  • Point of contact for all network related issues
  • Ensure client infrastructure is up to date (N-1), with all risks identified and work on action plans implementation; 
  • Follow ITIL standards and have all documents peer reviewed;
  • Have all client documentation stored in a repository;
  • Reduction in the resulting number of alerts
  • Ensure KM(knowledge articles, (which includes SOPs, SMTDs, process documents, etc.) are updated and reviewed.
  • Run Service improvement programs that aim at improving availability & performance of business applications.
  • Change Management and Change Success Assurance;
  • Join Lessons Learnt Sessions to failed changes, including RCA and action plan; Ensure diagrams are up to date and peer reviewed;
  • Provide technical support on SEV 1 incidents when engaged;
  • Work on Problem Records resolution involving engineering;
  • Participate in Tower Level Reviews along with Network Manager.
