Location – Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya

Experience - 2 to 4 years 

 

1. To troubleshoot all Windows network problems on Workstations/Notebooks/MS Surface devices and Printers.

2. To troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook emails (Send and Receive) issues on Workstations/Notebooks/MS Surface devices.

3. To support and troubleshoot Skype For Business (SFB) issues on Workstations/Notebooks/MS Surface devices.

4. To install new network users and to create new user profiles.

5. To install new desktop/notebook with Microsoft applications, and printer drivers for new employees (all necessary software media to be provided by USG Boral).

6. To coordinate and support Video Conferencing session setup currently through SFB and Polycom Video Conferencing System in the future.

7. To perform technical documentation on Network and System Infrastructure.

8. To provide level one support to LAN switching network issues.

9. To provide email and phone(android/ ios) support to end users.

10. Able to work independently on assigned tasks.

11. Effective communication skills in English language.

12. Job coverage during working hours. Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM.
