JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
|
o Conduct Business Impact Assessments to articulate impacts and change management needs across impacted business units, including qualitative and quantitative analysis o Conduct pre-go-live tollgates across regional and country teams to monitor operational readiness, identify and resolve implementation blockers o Plan and manage business process simulations to test operating model processes and platform functions prior to go-live o Support development of training plans and training content o Support delivery of classroom training via Train-The-Trainer o Support delivery of stakeholder communications and engagement sessions to drive critical project messages across a broad range of global stakeholders
