JOB PURPOSE

 

  • This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Delivery team to support delivery of a quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
  • Provide Change Management and Project Management expertise to deploy the COLT (Client Onboarding Lifecycle Tool)/OneCDD operating model and platform into BAU
  • Formulate and execute against change management plans
  • Own and produce key change management deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bought-in throughout delivery
  • Support delivery of communications, training and implementation activities across global teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Support Head of Change Management in driving operating model and platform implementations across in-scope countries
  • Own and produce key change management deliverables to ensure business readiness for adopting target state operating model and platform
  • Work closely with Regional Change Managers to execute and localize work stream deliverables:

o   Conduct Business Impact Assessments to articulate impacts and change management needs across impacted business units, including qualitative and quantitative analysis

o   Conduct pre-go-live tollgates across regional and country teams to monitor operational readiness, identify and resolve implementation blockers

o   Plan and manage business process simulations to test operating model processes and platform functions prior to go-live

o   Support development of training plans and training content

o   Support delivery of classroom training via Train-The-Trainer

o   Support delivery of stakeholder communications and engagement sessions to drive critical project messages across a broad range of global stakeholders

  • Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver work stream outcomes
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to deliver work stream outcomes and provide inputs for project governance forums
  • Occasional need to work on weekends to support testing and go live activities
